If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original condition
If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We currently accept returns in person.
- We currently accept returns via USPS only.
- We do not accept returns sent via FedEx. Packages sent through FedEx will be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds
Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund.
After processing, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank

Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item

Shipping Policy
Pre-Orders
All pre-order items ship 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
If your order contains multiple items, we may hold your shipment until all items are ready.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
We are not offering international shipping outside of these regions at this time.
Customs & Duties
For Canadian orders, any applicable customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover customs charges.
